SAHO’s Bargaining Committee met with HSAS on August 26, 27 and 28, 2025.

We reached agreement on items related to safety training and scope.

SAHO remains committed to negotiating a collective agreement which reflects the present-day configuration of healthcare while providing the flexibility to ensure that the needs of the employees, patients, clients and residents are met.    

Dates are already set for negotiations to continue into December. The committees are in the process of finding additional future dates as well. Our next meetings are scheduled for September 15 and 16, 2025.
