SAHO and HSAS met in Regina October 7 and 8 to hear HSAS’s response to SAHO’s final offer. SAHO tabled a final offer at the previous meeting on September 26.
HSAS tabled a counter proposal on Wednesday afternoon revising a couple of proposals related to Education Leave and Transportation Allowances, and proposing full retroactive pay.
SAHO is committed to the final offer and believes that it could conclude a collective agreement that works for patients, employers and employees.
