Compensation and Data Analytics

 The Compensation and Data Analytics department gathers and organizes data from various sources in an effort to provide accurate information and detailed analysis to our members.

The research conducted is used to support the collective bargaining process, the Job Evaluation Programs, Market Supplement Program and to support and further develop out-of-scope compensation programs.The department also conducts extensive market research related to the health care industry including compensation, professional fees, collective bargaining agreements as well as job descriptions related to various health care professions.
