The Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc. (SAHO) requires a full-time Bargaining and Interpretation Specialist.

The Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc. (SAHO) requires a full-time Bargaining and Interpretation Specialist. Reporting to the Director, Bargaining and Interpretation, the Specialist is responsible for providing collective agreement expertise to healthcare employers throughout the province of Saskatchewan. These responsibilities include negotiation, contract administration and interpretation of provincial and single-employer collective agreements, as well as providing leadership in the planning and formulation of bargaining strategies.

The successful candidate will possess:

•  A minimum of three to five years of experience in the field of collective bargaining with further experience and knowledge of labour legislation, arbitral jurisprudence, bargaining strategies and strategies that contribute to positive outcomes.  

•  A degree in Commerce or Business Administration or a combination of related experience and education will be considered. 

This position is classified at pay band 6 with a salary range from $88,231 - $114,702 (2022 rates) annually plus a comprehensive benefits package and a defined benefit pension plan.
